STUDIO RULES AND CONDUCT POLICY
At Master Art Academy, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and creative environment where students can learn and thrive. To achieve this, we enforce the following rules with consistency and fairness. These rules are non-negotiable, and failure to follow them may result in temporary or permanent dismissal from the program.
SAFETY RULES
Safety First:
-
No running or throwing objects in the studio.
-
Repeated warnings will result in the student being dismissed for the remainder of the session. Persistent disregard for safety rules may lead to permanent dismissal from the program.
Respectful Communication:
-
Negative, inappropriate, or disrespectful language is not allowed.
-
Our studio is a safe space where students can openly share ideas and art without fear of judgment.
-
Continued use of disrespectful or inappropriate language may result in dismissal.
Listening to Instructions:
-
Students are expected to follow teacher instructions at all times.
-
Repeated refusal to follow directions disrupts the learning environment and may lead to dismissal.
Destructive Behavior Warning:
-
Destructive behavior, such as damaging art supplies, studio equipment, or other students’ work, will result in a warning. If the behavior continues, the student may be dismissed for the day and could face permanent dismissal for repeated infractions.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PHYSICAL HARM: Grounds for Immediate Permanent Dismissal
Any act of physical harm, such as hitting, pushing, or other forms of aggressive behavior toward another student, will result in immediate removal from the session. Parents will be notified immediately. Such behavior violates the core values of safety and respect in our program and result in permanent dismissal from the program to ensure the well-being of all participants.
This policy is enforced to protect all participants and maintain the integrity of our studio as a positive and welcoming space.
By enrolling in our program, students and their families agree to uphold these rules. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that the studio remains a safe and inspiring place for all.
FOR PARENTS
-
Please be on time so we can start the classes together.
-
Kindly note that Master Art Academy is not a daycare center. We appreciate it if you could arrive 5 minutes early for pick-up and wait for your children. Thank you for your cooperation.
